Another Keurig--Pump won"t work

Has anyone had this happen to them?  Does anyone know how to fix this?

If its still under warranty (one year) call Keurig and they will send you out another one. Are you talking about the B70 model they have had alot of issues with the pump.

I am on my 2nd replacement for the new quiet pump. I got the TSV in December and 3 months later it quit and called Keurig and got a replacement. Have had the replacement for 3 months and this pump quite working. Called Keurig and they are sending another out to me with 2 free boxes of coffee for my inconvenience. Call Keurig and they should help you.

RE ~ Hope Keurig's CS was able to help you. I purchased the B70 tsv from last December and mine seems to have quit working this week, too. It says it's "brewing" but it doesn't.{#emotions_dlg.confused1} Guess I'll be calling their CS this weekend (if they're open) to see what they can do.

Keurig customer service is amazing! I started having problems with the digital display on mine, (purchased the TSV) called Keurig customer service and they said my whole machine needed to be replaced, only had my machine for a few weeks, didnt even register it yet.

Customer service registered my Keurig with me on the spot, they then proceeded to overnight a new machine to me even though I purchased from QVC!!! Very happy with Keurig!!!! 5 stars (I kept some of the parts from the broken machine and just threw it away, didnt have to return anything) {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}
