Anyone Image of Blueberry Greek Frozen Yogurttried this yet? It is delicious, I tried the Blueberry, but it is not inexpensive!

You can make your own much cheaper. I use a freezer bowl type ice cream freezer and do 6 cups of yogurt at a time. I thin yogurt with skim milk or buttermilk and add 6pkts of splenda and 1tsp of vanilla. comes out great i only have tried chobani strawberry/banana because its my favorite.

Just buy Greek yogurt and freeze it. Easier and cheaper. And if it has fake sugar in it, that is NOT healthy.

In my experience, most products claiming to be healthy are not. This one is no exception.

Here is the ingredient list for the blueberry:

Nonfat Milk, Yogurt (Nonfat Milk, Milk Protein Concentrate, Cultures), Sugar, Blueberries, Cream, Maltodextrin, Less Than 2% of: Natural Flavor (Contains: Molasses, Sugar), Modified Corn Starch, Carrageenan, Milk Protein Concentrate, Dextrose, Citric Acid, Cellulose Gel, Cellulose Gum, Gelatin, Mono- And Diglycerides, Propylene Glycol Monoesters. Contains: Milk.

Wow, willdob3, compare that to:

Chobani Non-Fat Greek Plain Yogurt:

Cultured Pasteurized Nonfat Milk. Live And Active Cultures: S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidus And L. Casei.

I know it is not the same thing, but a person can easily add a few blueberries to this and make a healthy fruity snack.
