Does anyone have a US customer service number for Lock & Lock company? One of my glass bowls split in half and it should still be under warranty.

that website is not the actual company of Lock & Lock. It is a website that sells L&L, among other things. The toll free number that I am still getting with my L&L pieces is 800 608 9788.

It's always "full" and I have NEVER been able to leave a message. Had trouble with a christmas order.

Filed a PayPal complaint on them, received a refund. Won't purchase from them directly anytime soon.

Hi, chickie. That is their site. On their contact page, they give two different toll-free numbers -- one for items purchased directly from the site, and the other for items purcased on QVC (they call it "Home Shopping").

The "Home Shopping" number is the one you listed:

I called them and was told to send out a receipt invoice and they would replace the bowl. What kind of success has everyone had with replacements and warranties? The customer service rep couldn't tell me what the address was to send the receipt to and asked me to recite the address off the website to her.....kinda doesn't give me alot of confidence that things will be easily resolved.
