Does anyone grind meat in their Vitamix like he did in the demo?

I was watching the presentation at midnight and was interested when the Vitamix man made a steak burger in the Vitamix (meat, onion, cheese), has anyone done this before? I wanted to do it in mine, but didn't know 1) how it would come out and 2) what kind and how much meat to buy/use. Thanks for any info.
