Anyone have this recipe that Bob talks about all the time when demo-ing the pressure cooker? I looked in his pressure cooker cookbook and could not find it. It's the one that he talks about using broth to make soup or for stock.

Lisa in VA1317676923.95262 PostsRegistered 5/24/2005 I am surprised it isn't in there, but essentially, you put some chicken, veggies (like an onion, celery, carrots) in the PC, add water, cook on high for 30 minutes. It makes the best clear soup. I will never make chicken soup another way. Hope that helps.
