I got one last christmas and it broke pretty quickly. We replaced it with a new one and a year later it's having problems and our warrenty just expired. The water doesn't come out easily. Anyone else had problems?

I'm sorry about your Keurig breaking. We bought the TSV in 2009 we are on replacement #3 we gave up on Keurig hubby said no more Keurig's we just bought a Tassimo because it was made by Bosch and not made in China we love our Tassimo hubby loves the Chia Tea I bought me some Maxwell House Coffee at our local grocery store the Tassimo makes excellent coffee drinks.
I have had that same problem as there was no noise at all and I called them and they had me do a paperclip cleaning and after that it worked like a charm again. Perhaps that will work for you as I thought my unit was dead and it is very much alive and kicking tail...
Have you descaled it? Have you used a straightened paperclip to probe the needle that dispenses the water? Directions are in the user manual for both. Have you read the user manual? If you've done both of these, why not try calling Keurig CS to see if they can help you? Their customer service is rated outstanding.
I bought my first Keurig, the basic Elite, from their website before QVC began selling them. About 2-1/2 years ago, I bought the B60 (however, the manual says it's a B66) from QVC. I've never encountered any of the problems I've read about in this forum with either of the brewers.
When this happened to mine. Keurig said to unplug it and take a paperclip to the top. There are 3 small holes by the needle on top. Poke it up as far as you can. A clog may be there.
Eventually had to replace with #2.
I love the coffee and hope #2 will do the trick.
No, mine is 4 years old. It can get temperamental though. I just run some clear water through it, do the paperclip thing, unplug it, and turn it back on, run more clear water through it, and I'm good for about another 3 months.
