Perhaps there is a build up of minerals from the water clogging it. You may want to try running a vinegar & water solution through it to help clear it out.

I got mine about a year ago too TSV, I have never liked it. It's noisy, don't like the coffees and I got 6 different kinds. It's in the closet never use it, waste of money.

It sounds like it needs a good cleaning with vinegar. That should be done every few months. The booklet that came with the machine explains how to clean it.

My mother had problems with her Keurig as well, even though she loved it, it seemed hers was a lemon from almost the beginning. Well, she just called the Keurig phone number listed in the booklet/paperwork that came with the machine, and they were super nice and helpful. They sent her a brand new machine, and it has worked like a charm. I don't know if she just got lucky and got a good customer service rep or what, but I say give that route a try. Best of luck! :-)

I have not had a problem with mine until a few weeks ago. what is your favorite flavor of coffee autumnsunset?

I haven't had any k-cups in awhile because my Keurig is on the blink stopped pumping water I'm on replacement #3 I just haven't decided if I want another Keurig. But my favorite k-cup was blueberry but the last time I was in bed bath & beyond I didn't see any blueberry there are so many new flavors coming out you can buy variety packs from Keurig that will give you different flavors.

DH and I have had issues with our Keurig Platinum. Ours is not noisy at all like paulags mentioned though. We did run the vinegar through it and it didn't fix the problem. I must say though that the the Customer Service Reps have been nothing but spectacular, sent out a replacement immediately!

DH likes the bolder roasts, but my absolute favorite at the moment, Jamaica Me Crazy. Mmmmm.

What Keurig does'nt explain in the instruction manuals could fill another instruction manual.

I was told to clean the 3 ports/needles in the inside of the lid with a straightened paper clip. You just about have to stand on your head and have someone else shine a bright light so you can see what you're doing. I think this was meant to remedy short quantities in my cup.

At one point we had liquid, coffee? hotwater? spraying out the sides of the business end of the machine. I was instructed to adjust a small rubber gasket that seals the K-cup against the inside of the lid. They told me that if that did'nt work they would send me a new gasket once but pointedly mentioned that I could only get one free.

My point is......why are neither of these things mentioned in the manual?

I have since moved on to a Tassimo after selling the Keurig along with about 50 K cups for $35 on craigs list.

I recently saved my 2 year-old Keurig by cleaning the needle that pokes through the K-cup. I used a toothpick and toothbrush. I found the suggestion online. Machine is as good as new now.

I too had my Keurig replaced after 6 months because it stopped pulling water into the inner chamber. I called Keurig and they replaced it without any problem.

For those of you struggling to find the perfect K cup.....have you tried the Green Mountain Wilderness Blend? OMG.....my brother-in-law made me a cup and it has been my favorite since! I never thought I'd like anything better than Starbucks or Dunkin'

Call Customer Service.

Have you cleaned it recently? You can check the book that came with the coffee maker and it will guide you through the process.

I will be getting my 4th machine this week.Keurig has the best customer service ever however I am getting annoyed with my machimes always breaking. We use it everyday.I clean my machimes and descale and then they just start working really weird.Either nothing comes out or not a full cup and then overfill.I told them if this 4th one goes I want a full refund,I am done. This is all in less then a year,Love the way it makes coffee and we love the nantucket, best reg coffee.Next time I might try the new Cuisinart single cup brewer.

The tip about cleaning the needle was in the instruction manual that came with my Keurig.....

Mine is about a year old.....I'm dreading that it's going to quit a day or two after the warranty is up.....

I'm glad everything worked out well for you.....Hope you have better luck with your new machine.....

My favorite K-Cups are the Celestial Seasonings Sweet Lemon Black Tea (for iced tea, I drink it hot), Van Houtte's French Vanilla, and Green Mountain Half-Caff.

Some people like the bolder varieties because they think the regular coffee seems a little weak. I'm one of those, but the bolder varieties bothered my stomach after while, so I switched to the "Half-Caff".....

You can go to the Keurig website and order a 5 pack sample pack of a flavor you think you may like. That way you can try it and you're only out a couple of dollars if you don't like it.....

Enjoy your new Keurig.....

I order k-cups from the keurig site..thanks Ripley109 i will try those flavors. I want a good decaf one next time as I like to have a cup of coffee after the kids i take care of go home for the day so I can just relax a bit for starting dinner. I don't like a bold coffee either. My favorite is the wild blueberry and I put vanilla flavored coffee creamer in it.

We have had ours for almost one year and have never had a problem. However, it died yesterday...just turned off and never came back on. We called Customer Service and a new one is on the way. We did register it and luckily the warranty was not up until next month.
