I'll take a toothbrush and spray cleaner and clean those areas, dry them and then put tray back in machine. Good Luck....... Last edited on 10/10/2010 Thanks RASHIKE. I'll try that. If it is still in warranty (I always assume that people send in, or complete online, the warranty information so that they have you registered with the item) they are great about sending out a new one, if they cannot fix it with you over the phone, and sending you a prepaid label to return the old one.
