Just need to share my disappointment with a "shipping snafu."
I am still waiting for my TSV Statement bracelet. It was shipped from QVC to New York on 8/14 with an EDD of 8/18. Customer Service advised me to wait 13 days from shipping date before asking for a replacement.
Anyone else experiencing slow USPS shipping?
No, not with a QVC package sent via USPS. Is there a way you can track it? I think I can only track my QVC packages when I choose UPS shipping. I hope your package comes in soon.

No, not with a Q package send by USPS. In fact mine have been arriving sooner than usual!! I'm sorry to read that you're having problems. I hope your package arrives tomorrow!!!

I am waiting, waiting...WAITING for the Seidengang ring I ordere last week. The usual delivery time is 5-6 days an29d it's been about 10 days. CS told me to wait until 8/29 until they will put a trace on it.

I was having that problem so I changed and started having all of my pieces sent through UPS and for me, in the area I live in, this has worked perfectly. I get my pieces very quickly. Some of the time, the price will be the same and other times I have to pay a few cents more but I have found it is worth it, for me at least. I love having my products come through UPS rather than the postal service. It was just taking too long for delivery from the post office.

I called CS on 8/28 to confirm that I had not received J26662 the TSV Statement Bracelet ordered on 8/12. They shipped a replacement overnight UPS and I received the piece today. I love it. It works for me in every way: sizing, style and execution. I had also ordered the absolutely exquisite Dewdrop Bracelet during Judith's last visit and planned to keep only one of those bracelets - but you all know the end of the story...
Hello lildoro, I have received items from the holiday weekend today and have had no issue with postal delivery. I believe that the problem starts right from the Q. I notice that it is taking longer and longer for items to be shipped out and I can offer a few reasons why, but if you are getting your "regular" mail, then you should also be receiving any packages on time also. You might want to try and see what facility your carrier works from and give them a call. They will be more than happy to leave him or her a note that you are expecting packages and are concerned that they have not arrived. I do that all the time and everyone has been wonderful. I phone them when I have packages and letters for them to pick up and they will notify the carrier or they will send someone else to pick up my items. If they don't know a problem may exist, then they can't fix it. I think you'll find the postal service very willing to make sure that you are receiving excellent service. You can find out where your carrier works from by calling any station in your city/town and they will give you the carrier station number which could be different than your regular post office phone number. Carrier stations are usually not a post office with window and po box services, just where the carriers sort and do their routes from. Good luck. Pug
Do you have a priority or first class option for jewelry in the drop down shipping box? I always choose one of those. Never best standard delivery, which includes UPS with my post office box.

I recently sent a package BACK to QVC, using their preprinted label. I mailed it about 16 days ago and last night I called the Q because I was concerned I had not been credited yet, come to find out it is still sitting in my local post office!! I can't believe it's still in town, the package is probably sitting in a corner somewhere!
Yes! I usually receive jewelry within 3 to 4 days. I live on the east coast. But, I ordered a watch and it took 10 days! It came from QVC and not from the vendor. I am wondering if it took so long because it was a box and not an envelope? Last edited on 9/8/2012

I just had a problem with USPS and Amazon. I paid extra for 2-day delivery. Ordered the item on Aug. 28 and I received it yesterday, (9-4). They said they had attempted delivery for a signature on (Sept.1) and I was home. Then yesterday they stick it in my mailbox. Amazon did refund my shipping costs.
This post could not come at a more perfect time because I am also experiencing an issue with the USPS. I ordered a sea glass pendant from a jeweler in MA early last week. She always sends my order priority mail the next day. I thought I would receive it last Friday, and it did not arrive. It didn't arrive Saturday or Tuesday, either, so I guess I will just wait it out for a few more days. I will e-mail my jeweler to let her know others are having USPS delivery problems because she feels terrible that I haven't received it yet.
Yes. I haven't received a necklace I ordered and it has been 15 days. Normally, I'm okay with USPS, but not lately.

Yes... my USPS man is a grouch, who doesn't like to get out of his mail truck, so I think he is keeping the packages in the back of the mailtruck and stomping on them each evening. There was a pile of packages on the doorstep day before yesterday. Two of the items (bay) had obviously been wet from ? (morning dew?) and had been allowed to sit for long times in the heat in between.

My mailman told me the other day that they are being timed throughout their routes to see if they can take on more houses. I had a sub mailman the other day who drove down my long driveway to give me a package, but left my mail in the mailbox.
When I select USPS 1st Class mail, I receive it 3 days after it's shipped. It sounds like it is lost. That is way too long.
