What Type of Jewelry Do You Wear the Most (necklaces, earrings,etc)

Started 1334859581.67 in Jewelry Talk | Last reply 1335332151.14 by annabellethecat

I see messages about what jewelry venders we shop from but I haven't seen anything about what type of jewelry appeals to people the most.

As to myself..what I use the most, rated first to last.

I wear pendents/necklaces and post earrings pretty much every day but as far as other things...I use pins for special occasions. I love rings and bracelets but I don't wear these often at all.

If you can consider keyrings like jewelry, I use these too, however only when I go somewhere out of town.

Watch, ring, and earrings. I can't be bothered with the rest. I either lose it or break it{#emotions_dlg.ohmy}

Oh yes, always a watch. I tend to wear things I can see myself. Lower cut tops warrant a necklace or chain, otherwise, no. Earrings only when I leave the house, I hate posts stabbing my head, and I worry about breaking leverbacks in my sleep. I've done it and they are expensive to repair nowdays.

I never wear pins. I inherited one from my grandmother and had a jeweler put a bail on it so I can wear it on a chain.

Earrings always.

I like rings but take them off the minute I come home.

Always earrings. I used to wear rings and necklaces much more frequently but these days I just don't have the time or patience to think about it as I'm flying out the door in the mornings on my way to work. Bracelets are hard for me to wear at work because they seem to get in the way at the keyboard, but I do wear a watch and occasionally a link bracelet next the watch. If I add the bracelet on the "inside" of the watch, or the side closest to my elbow, it's less likely to fall around my wrist and bother me there.

All of it, but never more than one of each item, apart from a right hand ring as well as wedding/engagement rings on my left hand. I can't stack or layer, it's just not my thing. I couldn't choose what kind I wear most, I always wear one of everything.

Interesting that people are writing about watches...I don't seem to wear them much...however I love them. There is so much out there in terms of styles and decoration..I use my hands a lot and have to wash them frequently...probably why.

I wear earring posts everyday so the hole in my ear doesn't close...I have to wear silver or gold though with a plastic pad along with the post because otherwise the earring bothers me. I like the dangly earrings however they seem to get caught in my hair...don't wear those as often.

I'm a total ring girl, I wear a ring everyday. Sometimes I may put a necklace or bracelet on but not too often. I used to wear earrings until I got a tiny tear in my ear lobe. So for me it'd be rings.

I wear it all when I go out. I always have earrings on, putting them in when I get up and take everything off when I go to bed. Love the jewelry! Sometimes the jewelry I want to wear helps me choose the outfit I put on and I know I am not alone there either{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Rings ALWAYS on both hands and a pendant or necklace.

When I leave the house I always have on earrings, then usually rings and a bracelet. I do not wear necklaces nearly as much as I use to.

Whenever I go out, earrings, necklace, watch, bracelets, rings!

My jewelry is pretty dainty.

I don't feel comfortable in the bold, big stuff, so I can wear my studs, ( I have tons of studs of all kinds, and a few elongated hoops) diamond solitaire necklace, gossip (for example) boyfriend watch, tennis bracelet, change my rings a lot.

Bedtime, take everything off (didn't mean it that way LOL {#emotions_dlg.blush}) except for my diamonique studs.

Lucky girl, I get to sleep with 3 studs every night! {#emotions_dlg.devil2} LOLOL

When at home - I always wear only a wedding ring and earrings are a "must". Smile

When I go out , I add a watch, rings, bracelet(s ), and depending on the outfit - maybe a chain, necklace, or some type of pendant.

I feel nekkid- without my bling! {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Rings, definitely (two on each hand - that's including my wedding set)

a chain with a pendant

and when I leave the house I'll wear a pair of earrings and a bracelet or two.

Earrings I feel naked without. The other stuff...depends on where I'm going and what I'm doing.

I have to wear earrings everyday, or I feel naked. I wear 'statement' necklaces to work and when I go out. I have tons of rings but I only wear them on my day off since I am a barber/hairstylist and I just don't feel comfortable wearing rings to do hair. I'm not married so there is no wedding band to worry about! Wink

I almost never wear watches, but do wear bracelets, so I guess you could say i wear everything but watches!{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I never wear rings or watches. Just my wedding band. I prefer bolder earings and necklaces. I never wear tiny pendants or post earings. I like big bangle bracelets. I am tall and feel I can carry off this look.

It would be my favorite pair of hoop earrings and a couple of rings. I'm not much of a jewelry customer, but have several nice pieces in my wardrobe (most are gemstones), so don't mistake that as "expensive" pieces. I have some necklaces, rings and bracelets, I have never worn.
