I have had my Keurig for a year. The heating element works but the water won't dispense. Once it's time for the water to dispense the machine turns off. Has anyone esle had a similar problem? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix my Keuring???
I don't own one, but have read posts where people have had problems. They said they contacted Keurig and they offered a replacement. I would try contacting them and see what they say.
Have you tried to use vinegar instead of water? Perhaps it's just clogged with calcium deposit..........Hope it works for you...I love mine.
And follow the directions on cleaning the various tubes that are part of the dispensing system.
Holy Cow! That's why I bought a mini in case that happens to mine! I had a problem also several months ago and when I ran vinegar thru it a few times, it worked! Maybe it is just a build-up. I got the suggestion here on the boards and it worked!
I just tried runnign vinegar through it and that didn't work. But guess what!!! I called Keurig and apparently my pot is still under warranty. (It's actually 10 months old) and they are sending me a new Keurig!!! Apparently, it's a newer model and I have to do is send by the k-cup holder from my old pot after I recieve the new pot!!!! Thanks for all the suggestions.

Ours stopped after a couple of months, vinegar worked for us.
I am so confused, I don't know if I found a rope or lost my horse.
Do you use white vinegar and how much and how often? Thanks
The tech support at Keurig told me that you should use white vinegar at least once a month if you use your coffee maker daily.
I have the mini, I used my Keurig at least twice a day. I'll let you know how the replacement process goes, just in case any of you have the same problem.
I recieved my new mini plus Keurig on Friday. They sent it via Fedex. As the customer service rep informed me, I recieved a newer model, same color as my old one and a package a assorted k-cups! I think there were 12 k-cups in the box. Outstanding service, I am very happy now.
I am glad you received your new keurig. I have the newer mini and I love it. I haven't cleaned it yet though and I probably should. I have a well but I do use the Britta pitcher water to fill it. How much vinigar and water do you use in the mini?
Had our larger one and have given these as gifts as well and no issues as long as you use filetered water - always use my filtered fridge water - and all our "giftees" have done the same - love the coffee from our K-machine! I don't purchase Starbucks nearly as often since we received our machine a couple years ago as a gift from our ds for Christmas. Iam certain we save $$ by using the K-cups! Ours is from Best Buy and that's where I've purchased the 1/2 dozen as gifts - don't think it would matter the purchase point though.
