Luminara Lantern...

Hi...

I have TONS of Candle Impressions Candles and
have given lots as gifts.

I wanted to give something different this year
so I decided to try Luminara........

I just purchased Two White Luminara/Bethlehem Lights
Indoor/Outdoor Lanterns.

ITEM number H197746.......New Yesterday

I plan on giving them as Christmas Gifts for My Sister
and Best Friend after decorating the inside.

I chose the White choice as they both live in Florida.

At the same time, I purchased Two in the Bronze, which looks Black,
for myself as I live in Northern NJ.
I PLANNED on using mine on my Mantle.

After I placed my order, I remembered that BL, Home Reflections and
Candle Impressions also offer Indoor/Outdoor Flameless Candle Lanterns
and those have only been offered where the Candles were RESIN and NOT real WAX.
If you look at those, It does say RESIN in the descriptions.

Since you cannot really tell from the Video, I called QVC Customer Service to ask
about the Resin or Wax.
They did not have that info and had to send an E-Mail to find out.

At the same time, I asked about the dimensions as 14" High was all they had..
No Dept or Width.....BUT....I needed to know if the Two Bronze Lanterns
I just bought for myself would fit on my Mantle.

QVC gave me Luminara's and BL's phone number.
Luminara had a recording on that said:
This is Luminara................BEEP.....
That was it.....No leave a message or anything....!!!!!
I did leave a message for them to call me but I am not sure they will even get that.

Then I called BL and when I asked them ...Resin or Wax ???
She first said I don't know, then put me on Hold, came back and said RESIN.
BUT...She did not even ask me for QVC's Item number and only said that if
they are Indoor/Outdoor they are Resin.

I am STILL questioning if that answer was correct as I have called BL before on
other items.
About TWO years ago, when they first came out and no photo was available on QVC.com., I called BL to ask the color of the lights on their Harvest lights.
I was told ONE THING but when I received the Lights, the colors were NOT what
I was told.

The reason I think that the Candle portion of this Lantern may be WAX is because Luminara is Kind Of New and I didn't think they even had Resin yet.

Because I have ZERO info on these Lanterns and since I DO NOT want Resin for myself
as I will never put these outside, I cancelled the TWO Bronze Lanterns.

I really do not think that the White Lanterns that I bought for the Florida Gifts
will matter if the candle is Resin as it IS Florida and they may want to use the
lanterns outside anyway.
SO......I kept those on my order for fear that the White choice would sell out
before QVC got back to me with the RESIN info as they told me it would
take about 7 days to get that.

Does anyone know if the LUMINERA Candle Lanterns are Resin or Wax ???

I have been online and on the phone for TWO hours trying to get SOME information.
Sorry this is so long.....
