Maybe my computer is having "hot flashes" or something, but customer reviews are not showing up anymore. I've noticed this when looking at the clothing items. Anyone else having this problem?
The customer reviews are not showing. I tried the links on several items and nothing has appeared. I'm holding off purchasing until the problem is resolved.
I haven't been able to see any for months and months in ANY category.
ive tried and it says PAGE NOT FOUND.....i always read the reviews....why cant this company get their web page RIGHT......??
It is most frustrating at times using QVC's website and I consider myself computer "savvy". Not only the missing reviews being a problem, I can't always place an order on line. Keep getting the "SYSTEM ERROR" message and when I call, they tell me it must be my computer or provider as they are not having a problem.
I actually believed them that it was my fault, until I saw other postings reporting the same issues.
I won't purchase anything without scoping out the reviews and have changed my mind at times after reading the consensus.
An organization this large should have the ability to maintain a workable website.
I love Amazon's and NEVER have a problem with them.
Are you finding that the customer reviews don't show during the presentation or when it is close to being aired? NaughtyNan (cute name!) it sounds like you just haven't been able to see them at all. Does using the legacy link to switch the site around help? The two time I have not been able to see customer reviews were times that the item was being aired. My OWN reviews were gone, so I know the reviews existed previously.

I am also unable to read any product reviews. For weeks I have been unable to post a review on QVC's goofed up web site. Now I can't even read reviews from others. Many purchases I make are based on reading the reviews, so needless to say, no reviews, no purchases! Is there no one who can resolve these ever growing problems?
Thanks for responding ladies. At least I now know it's not just me. I recently upgraded my Firefox and thought that might be the problem, but I've been having issues with the Q website for quite a while. Problems other than just disappearing customer reviews. I think they must have done something to the website
I went back to the legacy forum thanks to some poster that posted the link for me. QVC should put it up for everyone that is having trouble.
Have had the problem with reviews for a very long time. I find that if I do a refresh, or choose a size like I'm buying, then back up a page, the reviews come up. Must be something with their program, but I have never found it tied in to when something is being aired, or any particular blocking of a product. No QVC conspiracy here, but definitely a hassle.

I am completely frustrated with this "new" format for the website. I never had a problem before the revamping, but now it causes problems often. It takes a long time for the "item on air" to show up online. Customer reviews are problematic and many product pages require another click to view the details---not a big deal, but never necessary before. I sure hope they read their feedback.
