Do you pay to have your clothes tailored to shorten sleeves, etc.?

I truly believe that clothing only looks nice if it fits properly. I always have my clothing tailored to fit. If I cannot do it myself, I have it done and sometimes it is quite expensive.

Truly not bashing, but I'm watching Ojon and keep noticing Patty's rolled up sleeves with the lining sticking out at the cuffs of her leather jacket. It detracts from the total look of her outfit.

Do you think it's a good look? Do you wear your clothes that way? Is it now considered fashionably acceptable to roll cuffs up that way?
