So much so, that I recently bought the real soft TS blanket from the southern channel in aqua blue and threw a chocolate brown pillow on the bed yesterday! Love the color combo. I have also worn red with chocolate, and also I have put a light blue denim shirt with my Denim & Co. chocolate moleskin skirt before. Some shades of fuschia with brown are pretty too. upallnight11290363929.2433882 PostsRegistered 3/21/2005the frozen tundra eggplant, burgundy, wine, red, brick red, orange, rust, copper, coral, peach, apricot yellow, mustard, gold, butter, purple, royal blue, light blue, french blue, (not navy), aqua, turquoise, teal, periwinkle, orchard, lavender, light gray, charcoal gray pale pink, magenta, fuschia ivory, camel, khaki, cream, oatmeal, beige moss green, pale green, olive green, forest green, grass green Broken down by color families. Yellow Rose kiddo1290397770.57310263 PostsRegistered 12/6/2006 I haven't read any of the replies, so please forgive me if I say something that anybody else has said yet... I like to try to consider WHERE whatever color shows up in nature... and what natural plant would be near it. So.. chocolate brown.. reminds me of tree bark. Therefore, any natural greens... or lighter colors of brown... would definitely work. I'd be careful, though, about wearing TOO much brown at once. Especially because if you're trying to get a color of brown that is VERY close to the chocolate brown you want to match.. THEN you're guaranteed NOT to have a good look. That's because "close" is NOT a "good thing." It makes the eye do a little "hiccup" as it tries to blend the colors together as you look at both of those colors .. that are SO close to each other .. together. So.. I'd say a light tan... would be the closest "brown" I'd go for if I was going to wear it next to chocolate brown. Hope this helps? Be kind; Everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.
