Hi I bought a Dell laptop Inspirion1545 from qvc 10/10. the screen stays gray when I turn it on. Is it cheaper to try to buy a warranty and get it fixed or buy a new one? Trying to find a phone # to call Dell has been impossible. Any help will be greatly accepted~
It's already under warranty. Call Dell.
I have two numbers for Dell, but they are two years old.
