Pandigital Wand Scanner

I ordered a Pandigital wand scanner with feeder dock a week or so ago, got it a few days ago and it worked fine...until now. The wand scanner itself works fine, but when I put it on the dock, it makes the sound like it's scanning something that you feed through it but it does it continuously and I'm not feeding anything through it. I've looked at EVERYTHING possible to see what the deal is but can't find anything wrong with it. I'm beginning to think that this wasn't as great of a purchase as I hoped it would be. *sigh* Anybody else having this issue or am I the only one? Help would be much appreciated Smiley Happy
