Website Problems?

Is anyone else having problems with the website here on the Q? If I try to choose different colors to look at in bags, shoes, etc., it doesn't change but just keeps showing the original photo. Just wondering if something is wrong on my end...........Thanks

It's definitely on Q's end. There are lots of threads on other forums about the problems some are having, including the problem you're having. IPad users seem to be affected a lot too.

It's not you. There's a thread about this somewhere. I'm having the same problem. Supposedly 'they're aware and working on it'... It's been going on since Friday for me, so not sure whether a fix is in the offing... I never use IE anymore, but note that I can change the color swatches if I switch back to it. The site should work for everyone regardless of operating system or browser, but apparently that's a foreign concept to them. Sort of unbelievable, really, that they put up with these constant website problems, especially when they clearly impact sales.

Yes, I noticed that too. I found if you click the color, then click the Enlarge/zoom option, when the pictures enlarge the first picture will change to the color you clicked. That's the only way I've been able to view different colors. If you want to see another color you have to close the screen you enlarged and click another color. I hope they fix it soon!

I noticed it yesterday and thought it was my computer. After checking other sites, it was only Q's. It's a very poorly managed site; so many problems; maybe that's why there are more guests online reading than members online{#emotions_dlg.confused1}

Hi Ladies. Thank you for the explanations on the web problem. Glad to know it isn't my computer. I think Macy's site is bad as well. I use Safari on my Mac so I will just have to put up with this, I guess. Thanks again..........

I'm on iPad & am experiencing same problem. Discouraged me from buying a new purse because I couldn't see what was offered and it wasn't on air. I hope they are going to change it back because it's a real deal breaker when you can see the colors to compare.

Macy's site is awful. I think I get error messages there almost as often as I get them here. But it's only recently and so there's still hope they might actually correct or upgrade! Lord and Taylor's site is not stellar either. The difference? Macy's has actual stores at which we can shop. QVC doesn't, at least not many that are almost universally accessible.

...agree, very annoying. I saw the correct color by clicking on the color choice and then zooming. That worked this morning. My sceen is bouncing around...maybe my end (Mac) on that one.
