Be Thick - Thickening Hair creme

Started 1265563058 in Beauty Banter | Last reply 1265569426 by drizzellla
I had bought a tube of Be Thick by Back to Basics from Ulta and I can not believe how much I like this product. It gives my hair body without weighing it down and my hair still looks clean.
Now the hard part. I have been trying for the last few months to find it. Obviously, Back to Basics does not make it anymore.
The tube says - Formulated with sweet almond oil and an exclusive Natural Vitamin Complex E-F-A, this lightweight thickening creme provides support to each strand of hair creating body and fullness while adding texture and shine as you style. Contains natural ginger root, which bonds to hair to add thickness and body.
Does anyone know of a similar product? Or does Back to Basics offer a product with the same formula in a different form? It is one of the the first hair styling product I was ever tempted to repurchase.

Thanks so much! I spent so much time this morning looking on ebay. I ended up buying numerous products by Back to Basic to hope of finding one similar. Guess I didn't look far enough in the "Buy Now" section.
Thanks again.

drizella, what is your hair type? I have blonde, fine, thinning hair and love to use a thickening cream instead of mousse. Also, how do you use it, on damp hair then blow-dry or as a texturizing cream on dry hair? Thanks!

I typed in - back to basics hair thickening - and got 0 items. So I changed the search to Back to Basic and got lots of items to choose from.
Thanks again.

What's the difference between Tacori IV and plain Tacori? I like Iachick - my hair is blond, thin and fine. That is why i liked this creme so much. It didn't make my hair flat or stiff. Most hair styling products make my hair look dirty and I end up having to wash it everyday.
I used Redken "Guts" until I found the Back to Basics. And I stopped using Guts because I liked Be Thick so much. Good luck finding it. I wrote to Back to Basics hoping to find a similar product.

Good for you! I'll have to keep an eye out for this on ebay. I'm always on the hunt for something new to help my hair.

Now I wish I hadn't bought the other styling products from ebay. Since I got to buy the "real deal".
What is the expression "buy in haste regret in leisure"?
Thanks - Shel. You can help spend my money anytime.

Iachick - I will let you know what Back to Basics writes back to me. I can't help but think they have a similar product.
I am also going to do a search of the ingredients. One tube isn't going to last forever. So I have to find something else.
