I need something that holds up and will cover for at least 8 hours without retouch. Any good concealers out there that fit the bill? "Your Future Will Be Decided, By Those You Honor"

Try it, it is not expensive.... This isn't a concealer, but, if I use the double ended brush, Laura Geller's Balance + Brighten cover's mine. I didn't think it would, but, it is doing a great job for me. My daughter commented that she did not believe how good of coverage I am getting. I keep trying it and it only lasts for about 2 hours at the most. Which serious skincare concealer are you referring too? Is their more then one? I just started using this product recently, I too have a couple broken capillaries on 1 cheek and wow does it cover them. I apply lightly over my tinted moisturizer with a kabuki and then rub a bit harder on my cheek area and...gone. I am finding this an amazing product. I had to cover a zit and used the lighter tone in the compact (with a shadow brush) and...gone! So then I pulled out the lighter color again in the compact (with a shadow brush) for above my eye and the inside corner area and...gone also! Dang BB covers all my needs. LOVE THIS STUFF, I use the regular or medium I guess its called... I bought a tube of Bye Bye Undereye that I was using in all these areas and now I don't need it, I feel like I wasted 25.00 bucks as I had this in my stash for a few years! Its her original formula. BTW~ your nic makes me smile!!! -- Edited by SeaGal at 01/27/2010 12:11 PM PST I have a lot of broken capillaries and Balance N Brighten really covers them well for me. I love this stuff. -- member of the comma club,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, no more periods for me Hi bixa, I am the queen of cover-up. I agree with the posters that suggest dermablend. I use Clinique continuous coverage. Whatever cream you use, make sure you set it with some kind of fine milled "powder". I like mallys powder that comes in a little silver square. I also like LG balance and brighten for setting. That should last 8+ hrs. Let us know how it works for you. Good luck! bixa5251264662263760 PostsRegistered 8/6/2005Lancaster, PA. Thanks ladies I am going to look into the dermablend. I remember this product from years ago and the demo always impressed me so I will give it a try. Luckypeach, All of my tests came back "normal" but I am still tired all of the time with no energy. I just deal with it as I really don't know what to do anymore. My bio lady had me try this herbal supplement to boost the adrenals but honestly it really made no difference for me. I really don't know who to turn too anymore. How are you doing? Go to HSN ,and click on Beauty, ...then Click on Serious Skin Care....you'll see it! horseyak12646705411088 PostsRegistered 1/9/2005 I love Doris Dalton's new concealer. For something really heavyweight, I'd go with Laura Geller's Real Deal. Use sparingly. You only need a dot. CraZLadE12647148271187 PostsRegistered 12/29/2007moutains of Carolina I so know what you're saying. I was SO sick of concealers that just don't stay on or settle into lines or just disappear after a couple of hours. I use EL Double Wear and it's fantastic. I have major dark circles/broken caps, the usual and this one really does last all day without having to touch up. Best one I've ever found (and I've tried a lot)! Plus I'm a lt/med which is more difficult to find and theirs is perfect skin color - not too yellow/pink. LOVE IT! I also love Double Wear foundation which also lasts without caking, etc. Good luck!!! I never thought one product would cover the amount like it is. I have basically taken the need for concealer away, as, it cover's my undereye circle's + capillarie's + everything. I wouldn't have believed it. I use that double ended brush, not the foundation brush + it is super. I am just real pleased with this product + it make's my morning routine very easy now. My daughter picked the name for me. I am real goofy. marvab126471922070 PostsRegistered 8/5/2009 I love Diane Young's Redout.
