Has anyone tried LED Red Light Therapy for wrinkles?

I have seen several hand-held LED red light therapy appliances that claim to help heal skin and also stimulate collagen production, which helps erase wrinkles. These appliances range from about $40 to over $300. The claim is that this is the same light used in doctors offices.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of light therapy, either at home or in a doctor's office?

I have one from Makeup Artist Choice for over a year. My skin is clear, firm and very few wrinkles.( I am 50) I have more fullness to my face. I love it. Cost 350. but can do the whole face at one time.
