QVC Customer Service does not listen to customer. You put auto delivery on holdfor 2 to 3 months they ignore it and send it out anyway. When explain to customer service they hang up on you. So when i rec'd will send it back. This is the 3rd time this happened in 3 months. Is anyone else havine this problem?

Most of the time they are worthless. I have never gotten a straight answer when I ask about an item on air and they just say they are not sure if its a QVC item. Really? Hmmm, surely you know QVC inventory. So disheartning and unprofessional!

When I skip shipments on auto deliveries I make sure they are on check status; so, they can't send them out.

Maybe they don"t know the inventory! The entire thing could be outsourced. Even to an entirely different country and they staff English speaking people. Or it's just a very low paying job & the turnover rate of unskilled labor is huge.

The product of both of those are just warm bodies reading whatever script is on their computer screen. They know nothing beyond that and can do nothing beyond that.

I have always found CS to be very helpful. Also have never had a problem changing autodelivery except for 1 time when the shipment came anyway. I called and they said I could return it and not have to pay return shipping but why bother, I just delayed the next shipment. A lot depends probably on which CS you get. I would try calling again or asking to speak with a supervisor - and I never speak harshly or rudely to any CS person and always preface everything by saying I know it's not your fault but...

Actually I have had fairly good luck and service with QVC Customer Service. On my last statement, I noticed a charge for an item I had returned two months ago. I called and the CS rep traced it all back and gave me a full refund. No problems, all smiles!!! Pays to review the statement though... {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I have two AD's and I change or skip the dates all the time, online. I've never had a problem with them arriving when they weren't suppose to. OP, if you send it back refused, wouldn't that completely cancel your auto delivery?

Always end the day with a positive thought. No matter how hard things were, tomorrow's a fresh opportunity to make it better.

don't accept delivery, that way you do not have to pay to return it.

I have never had a problem with customer service at the Q. In fact they have been very polite so far. But, I have never had auto delivery. The Q should pay for shipping it back to them.

I have never had any issues with either the Q's customer service or skipping/ canceling auto deliveries. I truly find QVC's customer service to consistently be better than most and certainly far superior to HSN. I am sorry you are having issues.

I have always found QVC customer service representatives to be helpful. The only time I heard of an issue was a few years back Mary Beth was saying on air that QVC guaranteed delivery of the items she was selling by December 24th. Someone called in and talked on air letting her know that the customer service rep told her that they could not guarantee delivery of the products as it was to close to the holiday. I bet that customer service rep that put that call through on air caught the rath of Mary Beth for sure. She was embarrassed to say the least.

The Original Poster did not say what method(s) she used to request delays in her shipments - calling Customer Service, online through Order Status page/Edit Plan, etc. I never have had a problem changing my Auto Delivery schedules online through the Edit Plan option, and I always receive e-mail confirmation of the changes made.

If I truly had three auto deliveries goofed up, I would quit using them. Sometimes I think people just don't pay attention to their order page. I don't use them much anymore, I'd rather get new products and new colors, but I've never had a problem when I did use them..

I always delay shipments on AD by going to my AD & changing the date. Never had a problem and you can always go back & change it to deliver. Customer Service on the telephone is another thing. They are certainly no Amazon.

I haven't even received my Honora tsv! It was mailed 9/2. Before that I waited 10 days for a watch. After they are mailed from QVC, where do they go to sit? I live on the east coast too.

How does Customer Service work? It doesn't.

I may never pass this way again.

All my experiences with QVC's Customer Service have been super. They are always courteous and helpful and solve any problems I may have had. I think they do a great job!

Strange I have had A/D on items in the past and manually went to the A/D status and changed the date I wanted to receive the item... with no problems.

Had a problem when we were all waiting for Tova. Everytime I called, they had no idea of when it was coming in. Frustrating.

I am good about checking often to delay an AD if I don't need it. I wish they would have it more user friendly to delay whenever you want another delivery, but sometimes it is easier to just skip a shipment. I have not had to call CS to take care of this, but I find they have really great and helpful people that listen and respond to requests.

If Management doesn't tell them, they won't know. If management can't provide them the tools they need to find and solve the problem, they can't help. I know there are good reps out there but to have a rep hang up on OP? .......That's not acceptable unless the caller is out of control, then it should go to management.

It has happened to many times....whether I have done it online or called. I do open and resend with a note inside and also call customer service...I usually am refunded everything. I have had A/D cancelled also due to sending back, called customer service, and they rectified....BUT ITS ANNOYING!

Yes, I had cancelled Wen Shampoo, spoke to CS and they assured me it was cancelled. Wrong... ac couple of months later what appears on my order status on line, a note that it had been shipped. I was very upset, because I did not just cancel it my self, I talked to a CS representative. So I had to make a trip to UPS retape the package as I had to get the statement out of the box. So I had to use my gas and time to correct QVC's mistake and they do not even offer a discount on something in the future for all your troule. Plus, find HSn's Cust. Ser. is more helpful and friendly. Sorry to say, but its a fact.
