Get a box file and use the finest grain of the file and buff it. It will take it off, then use the buffer and buff it.

you need to use a under coat, before you put your polish on, do not put polish on unprotected nails.

Blue polishes are notorious for this - at least with me they are. I usually just polish over it, but if I don't then after a day or two (and a few showers/baths) it goes away. BTW I always use a base coat, but it does nothing to prevent blue from staining.

Did you use a top coat before putting the blue polish on?

I use a whitening toothpaste on my nails when they get stained. Works like a charm for me.

I've also read that soaking your fingertips in a baking soda/peroxide solution for a few minutes will whiten them right up; I've not tried it but people swear it works! I like the toothpaste idea too!

Vicks vapo rub worked for me with blue paint!

Blue nail polish is prone and known for staining... I suggest this:

First, buff your nails and sometimes that is enough to get the stain off or at least better. But sometimes it's not. So then you could try soaking your nails in a mix of baking soad and peroxide. It does help!

Then for any future use of blue polish I would highly suggest using 2 to 3 coats of base coat polish to help prevent staining.

Use a base coat and you won't have stains on your nails. Easy solution. I learned the hard way also.
