Mojave Magic . . does anyone else miss it???

I so miss the Mojave Magic multi-purpose powder! It was my all time favorite blush and could double as eye color. I have been unsuccessful finding it on the web or anywhere else. Does anyone know whether it is available anywhere?

I do. He had some very nice products. :( I haven't seen it since, so I wonder if it wasn't just a QVC line.

Put it on email alert from Ebay. You never know when one might turn up in someone's drawer that they have never used.

Try Dermstore.com

I do. It was my first Q MU purchase. I would still be using it if they carried it.

I miss it so much. Several years ago, after a long illness, my Mother gave me the original lipstick and face color which I also used on my eyes. It made a world of difference in the way I loked and felt that I continued to use it until I could find it no more. The mojave magic was the perfect everyday look and could also be used for evening with a little extra eyeshadow, eyeliner and lip gloss. How could something so wonderful be discontinued? I will say, that any time I have gone to Dermstore.com, they always say it is sold out and will be re-ordered. I have left many messages to get an e-mail alert when it returns to stock and have never received any notices.

Dermstore.com does have a selection of Redpoint, another line that Michael Maron created and was on the Q for a short while.

I loved his eye shadows, especially the gray trio, and his two sided lipstick.

I miss it, too! There was a kit with mini sizes of double-color powder, lip product, and moisturizing bronzer----I used those things all the time.

I still have and use one his brushes almost every day! I also really liked the multi purpose powder. He had a yellow powder I liked too. I wasn't a fan of his lipsticks but he had a stick foundation that was fantastic. Another favorite product was his mascara duo with a taupey colored primer on the other end. Wish I could just get that primer alone!

I just googled Mohave Magic---it's available all over!! From this thread, it sounded like M.M. was out of business-------not so!

Red Point:

http://www.dermstore.com/profile_Redpoint_500690.htm Hope the link works! if not copy & paste it. Hope this is helpful.

PS. I only found 1 Mojave Magic item online and it was a brush.

Edited to say: Yes I do miss it being on QVC, and some of the items on the page I found look great but aren't the ones I'm missing like the all over color stick.

nancypoo - No, it is not available all over. All you are finding are reviews or pictures of products that USED to be available. As Lise P said, the only item still being sold is one brush. I have that brush, btw, and love it!

I liked MM, too! I also liked Redpoint, and wish QVC would have been more aggressive about promoting the line.

I really liked Mohave Magic lipsticks -- a lipbalm texture with subtle colors.

I don't know why Redpoint came out and replaced Mohave Magic. Redpoint didn't have the quality that Mohave Magic had.

Yes, I miss it terribly...the whole line was fab.. They really knew how to give us Quality and Value when putting together the Look Books. I miss the illuminating moisturizer which was one of the things that lasted on Q the longest.

Another one that is gone: Jerome Alexander. That Italian Marble powder was the best!

ME TOO! i think part of the problem, was that they were marketing it as an over 40 brand. and while the stuff was great, the repackaging was horrible.

also redpoint, just the name sounds like some sort of flea dip for cats!!!

Yes, that's the same person. But as you can see, there are no products for sale on his website.
