I have tried a number of their products and am not impressed. I have a feeling they used to be a better line when they were still family owned. But they sold out to L'Oreal about 10 years ago and are so-so products for me.

I actually have the Midnight Recovery Serum. For me, I really didn't notice it doing anything other than making my skin really soft. Maybe if I wasn't already using retinol and peptides, I might notice more of an effect. Right now, I'm using it on my chest and neck. I probably won't reorder.

There are some YouTube video reviews from people who really love it. You might too. You'll just have to give it a try. If I'm not mistaken, I think the Kiehl's site sells a smaller sample version of the Midnight Recovery Serum.

I really enjoy their skin care line, I have extremely dry, acne prone skin, with lots of oil! I use their Ultra Facial Oil Free Toner with a cotton ball after I cleanse, Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado underneath my eyes in the morning to prep for makeup. I have to let you know I have the worst dryness under my eyes and have tried EVERY brand you can think of to help combat the dryness and honestly Kiehl's is the best one I have found so far. At night sometimes I use the Imperiale Repairateur Moisturizing Eye Balm, but mainly in the winter because my skin and air is alot drier. Also, at night I use the Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate on my whole face at night, when I have dark circles and want to minimize them I use the Line-Reducing Eye-Brightening Concentrate, which makes a significant difference in their appearance the next day. On Top of the Line Reducing Concentrate I either use the Abyssine Cream + and/or Midnight Recovery Concentrate. I have never had a problem with Kiehl's, I think they are reasonably priced, have wonderful "try me" kits available to those who are new to the brand, the customer service is amazing, they ALWAYS give you samples and deals online and in store. I also use their haircare products because I have color treated hair and nothing was working, but now I use their Sunflower Color Preserving Shampoo and Conditioner, which prolongs my hair color, softens, and keeps my hair healthy. There are so many other products available and I have a few others, but I didn't want to write a book for you, but I have seen and continue to see results using their products and I will continue to use them. Good Luck and I hope you give it a try one day!

Ohh man I forgot, their Super Fluid UV Defense is fabulous and their Rare Earth Pore Cleansing Masque's are cult favorites{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

OK line, but over-priced, in my opinion.

They have their own stores and they will give you samples of anything you want to try. I go to the one in Center City Philadelphia, some Macy's and Bloomingdales also carry their lines

Very generous samples. I used to love their avocado eye cream...so rich and indulgent...

they are a good brand, i used them for years. i used the eye products, the midnight recovery, day and night cremes. i cannot remember all the different ones, its been about five years since i used them, once the oils walked into my life, that is all i use. i think our skins goes through different stages as we age, sometimes we just need to try something new. they have picked some great makeup lines, and hope they give them enough shows, so people can really learn about what they offer. i have used all of them at one time or another, really new and interesting makeup lines.

Exceptional line, especially compared to the constantly shown Philosophy. I use the body stuff. All of it, and it is great.

I don't believe in the concept of h*ll, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

I really like Kiehl's creme de corps!!! I've ordered two bottles--one for upstairs and one for downstairs! I have very sensitive skin, which is also very dry. It really makes a difference in the look and softness of my skin right away!!! Takes ten years off immediately! I have also purchased the avocado eye creme and will report back after using. It is a very high-end product, and I think it is well worth the price!!

The avocado eye treatment is THE BEST eye treatment I have ever used...the price does not indicate how fabulous that stuff is!!!! I would pay three times the price....{#emotions_dlg.tt1}

You know, a long time ago being crazy meant something. Nowadays everybody's crazy.

I have tried many, many Kiehl's products over the years. And while I do like some of their cleansers and body washes, I have not had good luck with their skin care. And I've tried a lot. I've really WANTED to like what I've tried b/c I really love their stores, the way that don't do any overkill with advertising, etc. But it's just not been a line that has worked for me.

Over 40. Dark hair. Fair, with mild-moderate Rosacea. Finicky skin. Did I mention--Gorgeous? ;)

I'm a long term user of Kiehls and I feel their stuff is much more luxurious than most brands. I started with them for the hair care. Before switching to WEN I used their Olive Fruit hair line, their swimmer's shampoo and the styling products. All great, expensive, but great and if WEN ever disappoints me, I will definitely go back to Kiehls.

I am a huge fan of the creme de corps hand cream and can't live without the cryste marine eye cream.

As mentioned, they are extremely generous with samples. I've left stores with a shopping bag full of them. I love their shave lotions and toners and facial cleansers. They are just expensive and I just don't want to spend $$ on shave lotion. I keep the samples for travel though ;O

Kiehl's is owned by L'Oreal. I check out the Beautypedia dot com information and individual product reviews all the time. It gives ingredients for every product, etc. You can take it or leave it, but I find it helpful. The site currently rates 36 Kiehl's products as excellent or very good; 37 as average; and 41 as poor, so I'd look up the specific items you're especially interested in. Paula rates Kiehl's excellent for generous samples and customer service.

I have never tried the skin care line, but I like the lip balms and body butters.

Oh my; how positively lovely!

I totally forgot about the baby lip balm. I have been using that for years and can't be without it. $7.50 each but worth every penny.

Don't use these products. They test on animals! Very bad!
