Has anyone tried the tv advertised Genie Bra? I am desperate. I cant feel beautiful until I get some suitable undergarments :)

Thanks, LK.

I hear ya, sistah! I'm bumping this and hopefully we will find someone that has tried this. It looks wonderful on that infomercial!

Thank you.

I have been searching.

I have a specialty bra boutique in town.

I have ordered much from biggerbras.com.

I have worn the Oprah recommendations.

Money is no object at this point.

I would order the genie today.

But I can't decide if I should go with a 1X or 2X...and the #s on the size chart represent what measurement?

Anywhoo,

thanks for the bump!

I haven't tried the Genie bra, but I just recently ordered a leisure bra from the Vermont County Store site. It is $24.95, hooks in the front, is knit of cotton and spandex, comes in three colors (black, white, and nude). I have looked in B & M stores many times and had given up on finding anything I could stand to wear. The bra is for full chested women (B to H). So, this was a very happy purchase for me. No driving, searching, saleswomen, exhaustion , etc. Seemed to be true to size. Take a look; you might like it too. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

CJDW, Is the bra at the Country Store, just a leisure bra or do you wear it for an every day bra?

I desperately need to find a bra that's comfortable that isn't just a leisure bra for hanging around the house. I'm so tired of wasting money on new bras that I don't like.

I've read several posts by people that have stated the Ahh underwire bra is the only bra they wear. When I replied and asked if they were a large cup size, I got no answer.

Please, does anyone know if the Ahh underwire will work as an every day bra for a D cup?

I use the bra as my wear everywhere bra. There is more support than you would think; works for me (40DD). I simply cannot stand the wired, stiff, awful stuff in stores.

Google "Reviews Genie Bra" terrible reviews, I was lucky to be able to cancel my order.

I have a genie bra. It's better than some regular bras I own, but it doesn't support as much as I would like. Also the band around the body is snug and doesn't allow any ventilation.

I think if one looks very closely at the infomercial you can see that big busted women still look a little saggy in the Genie bra.Unfortunately for me I wear a 38G so I doubt that a bra without wires would hold me up enough to wear out.Does anyone know of a bra without wires that would?

ITA... and just about any infomercial product seems to be duds. I love, love Warners sold at Kohl's. There is a particular style that is, comfortable, nicely formed, affordable and fits well. Right now, I can't think of this style's name. I just remember it is made by Warners and was 1/2 off the $46.00 regular retail price.

Soma travelers, best bra I own and I continue to buy it in more and more print and color options. My daughter loves it too. She is a 34D, I am a 38DD.

I have heard a lot of complaints about the Genie bra and CS. I ordered the Ahh bra, not in the underwire, and tried 2 different sizes. The band was too tight in my size or I ordered up on eBay and the cup will expand to fit a larger size but if you need lift and support I wouldn't get it. The straps are wider apart in the bigger sizes and are not adjustable so they don't hang right under clothes but the band is looser which I like.

Must love dogs and cats
