I guess this could be beauty related as it has to do with the appearance of our hands. I came across this site when I was trying to research why one of my pinkies was a bit curved. It seems that driving causes hand deformities, and also young children can have them too from the pressure exerted on the hands from coloring and repetetive injuries caused by video games. They show many photos and link them to the type of car the person drove. Even Jennifer Aniston's hands are there as she has the deformity too in many fingers. I just wanted to post this for mothers with young children, and for those of you who drive. Who knew??? Photos

Here are three more pages of photos showing the hands on the video games showing the position of the fingers on the game and the resulting deformities. It's all there in living color. Children's hands don't become like that on their own. I don't see any hidden agenda for posting the website and photos. They are only trying to expose the problem and warn parents and drivers as the damage is permanent. Just think…this is a multi-billion dollar industry. Why haven’t they added age restrictions? Because everyone can blame the other. They have excuses. And they will develop crippling arthritic joints at an early age. This is like a plague. The first thing they will notice is inability to handle small parts and difficulty opening jars. Thumbs will become useless because they will bend outwards away from their hands, making it impossible to hold even 2 lbs between the end of the thumb and the index finger. They will also lose effective use of their index finger on the dominate hand and it’s main knuckle will become large-swollen, sore to the touch, with burning sensations as it swells from arthritic buildup. I am a teacher and camp counselor and in all my years I have never seen a child with hand deformities from coloring or holding pencils OR never in my personal life have I seen an adult with deformed hands from drawing. Not to mention that I have done both of these activities quite frequently throughout my life and have no problems. I am laughing. my. butt. off! What a crock. This is 'research?'
