I know everyone loves Seche Top Coat, but what other ones have you tried and work well?

I also used to love Sally Hansen Mega shine in the bright silver bottle though I don't like it as much since they reformulated it last year. Not a bad product but Seche is better.

OPI Start to Finish. It is a base and top coat in one and it works great. As a top coat I put it on after doing my nails, and then every few days. It drys fast and keeps my polish chip free for over a week. I'm hard on my nails, so I was really glad to find this product.

Gelous, found at Sally Beauty for $4.99

OPI's Start to Finish is just ok. But I'm looking for another product myself and am going go with Seche. Heard a lot of good feedback on this product.

Where can you buy "Seche?"

Pure Beauty. Probably Sally's carries it.

Sally Hansen Super Shine. funny I just put some on about an hour ago because my nail polish started to look dull after last weeks manicure. works great, nice shine!

I love the thick, glossy finish of Seche Vite and the 30 second dry time, but I hate the tip shrinkage even when wrapping. I still use it, but use and also love Essie Good to Go. The finish is nearly as great and there is no shrinkage. I like Sally Hansen, but prefer the thicker, glossier finish you get with Seche and Essie.

Seche doesn't work for me. It looks nice and shiny, but it starts to peel off within a day on me. Right now I am using one from Essie.

I use Nail Life Speed Demon from Sally's. It puts a nice shine on your nails, speeds up the drying time, and protects my polish for up to two weeks. I cook, clean, do laundry, work 5 days a week and clean an office every week. This stuff is great.

Seche Vite for me! Get it at Ulta and Sally's.

I've seen Seche at Trade Secrets. I use OPI base and top coats. They work the best for me.

Seche Vite works great for me. I never have shrinkage. They have it at Harmon's (if there's one near you.) {#emotions_dlg.sleep}

I have tried them all. Seche is fine, but Sally Hansen Mega
Shine Extended Wear in the mirrored bottle is fabulous. Dries to a super smooth glass like shine is 60 seconds, Seche does not come close.

I love Seche Vite Top Coat and have repurchased many times. But I only like it until half way through the bottle. Then it get to thick to use. Anyone have any tips on what to do about that? It's expensive for only getting a half a bottle's worth!

I so agree! This happens to me, too. What a waste to discard half a bottle! I started using Seche Vite after hearing about it here! The product really is excellent! It is pretty pricey, though, especially if it gets thick halfway through. I also can't just find it everywhere. I am now using a product I like just as well as Seche Vite! It leaves a nice, shiny coat, lasts long, good for nails, and is not as expensive as Seche Vite: Sally Hansen Maximum Growth Quick Dry Top Coat. I am not kidding! This is like Seche Vite, but easier to find at drug stores, Walmart, Target...and so much less expensive! BTW, I have also used the Sally Hansen Meaga Shine (silver bottle) and this is better!

It's on this page at the bottom of the page. It is the first one in the group (so you can see what the bottle looks like, since there are so many SH products). The bottle (or the product) looks transparent pink.

China Glaze for sure. I wash my hands a lot I mean a lot at work. The top coat from China Glaze is great!

I have to say the best top coats I have tried are the 2 Drugstore classics - Dont know why, but they work great for me and I too wash my hands a zillion times.

Revlon Extra Life no chip Top Coat - I always put this on Day 2 of my Pedicure it keeps my Pedicure Glossy and intact for 2-3 wks. no joking !

Sally Hansen - also a great brand for no chips and shine !

I use Perfect Formula Pink Gel Coat (base coat)---OPI nail color---CND Super Shiney as top coat. My polish will stay 7-9 days. Don't care for Seche either nails looked dull and nail polish chipped.
