Are they extremely strict about the 30 day return policy? I just used an item for the first time and don't think it will work for me. I am at 33 days after the purchase. I'm not sure whether I should go in there and see what they'll say.
try it what can you lose
We are all mortal till the first kiss and the second glass of wine.
I have returned something beyond the 30 days. I had received it as a gift for my birthday. since it was beyond the 30 days they gave me store credit-which was fine for me!
If you have used it, I doubt they will let you return. They have an unusually rare and hard return policy.
I had a pair of jeans and washed them in cold water without putting in the dryer. (Ridiculous to air dry jeans). They shrunk so much I couldn't even get them up.
I had my receipt with the POP label and two days later they wouldn't let me return because I washed them.
I don't shop at Dillard's much at all because of their return policy; archaic in my opinion.
