Darn It! No Argan Oil at Whole Foods

I read on here that someone had gotten some inexpensive 100% pure argan oil at their Whole Foods. I stopped at one today as I was in the neighborhood and couldn't find any, so I asked store personnel. They even checked their computer, but alas they don't sell it. Anybody know of any other stores that might sell it? I live in the Seattle area.

It may have been a comment I wrote that you read... I can say that we did not have Argan Oil in the store near me in Northern Virginia until *very* recently. I was stunned when I saw it all of a sudden. So, you may get it soon! The brand is Soelle.

Thanks! I will keep an eye out for it. The clerk who was helping me said that quite a few people have asked for it, so hopefully the buyer will get the hint.

I recently picked up another bottle (I am in Colorado) from Whole Foods. If you don't want to wait you can order it directly from the company, which is Simplers Botanical Company. They have a very nice website and the argan will be listed under the carrier oils section. I also purchased the Injury Oil for a bout of tendonitis and it is helping tremendously. The argan oil is $16.00 for one ounce and certified organic.

I'll check that out as well - thank you. I was thinking of driving to a north Seattle Whole Foods but we have snow coming down today, though extremely light. It sounds like different stores sell different things, so maybe I'll have luck at another WF. I think $16 sounds much more reasonable than what Josie Maran charges for her oil.

I checked a while back at the one near me, and they didn't have it.

Thanks for the tip, Scarletsbane!

You are most welcome! I really like this oil. I mix a few drops in with whatever "moisturizer of the month" I'm trying to use up or sometimes just use it by itself. My skin seems to like it. It's been a while since I've used up a product and then purchased the same as a replacement. For me its a keeper. Affordable and it works. I love that combination! Cool
