so I guess that means approximately 90 million homes (in the US?) have a cable service or satellite company with Q as a channel choice. But how many of those homes are watching the Q at any given time?
No idea, but, I'm sure like all TV programming they do track their viewership.
With home shopping though, who is just watching and who is buying?

i myself dont watch all that much unless its something iam interested in, such as makeup demos,or cooking, i do like the bedding too, but thats about it..
Several yrs ago i used to watch alot,have not watched at all for a couple yrs now.I can not handle the way they try to get you to buy.....It gets old.
