Hi David, I have had ENOUGH of this winter snow. Expecting more snow this week. Where do we put it??? Well, when my daughter told me she was getting married in Key West, Florida this April. I was not very happy about it because we come from a VERY large Italian family and love weddings. Well, I AM THRILLED NOW!!!! Even though I would of loved a home wedding with all the family, warm, sunny beach weather is looking vey good. We can't wait to go (just wish the family could be there). Hi David, Living in Massachusetts we are getting our fair share of snow! What I love to make is what we call Nana's chicken soup (its my 92 year old italian mothers soup). Its so simple and it tastes so wonderful, half a pot of water, put chicken in & the chicken always throws off some stuff so I keep cleaning it till its pretty well done doing its thing. I add salt to taste, celery with the leaves of the stalk & onion let it simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, take the chicken out & add some soup mac pasta.
