 It’s official!  Spring has sprung (although you sure can’t tell by the weather!)!  And in celebration of the end of winter we took a family trip up to the Poconos for a little cold AND warm weather fun.  We captured it all using the Go Pro camera I purchased this past Christmas season from QVC.

I wanted to try something new! I decided to make the clam bisque recipe. It was absolutely delicious and perfect for a cold, rainy day. 

This year for Halloween I took the kids and my parents to Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos.  Great Wolf Lodge is a family friendly resort that features a large indoor water park with water slides, a wave pool and a lazy river.  All of us love the water, so we packed up the van and took a road trip up to the mountains
