Re: Happy Cinco de Mayo! Foodie Challenge: Yuca!

In Kitchen & Food Talk, Hosts & Personalities 1367681926.507

Hi David! Yes, I grill veggies all the time and I also use a grill basket. Just marinate chunks of zucchini, yellow squash, peppers, onions and whole mushrooms in zesty italian dressing for a few hours. Drain, and grill alongside the meat-no need to heat up the kitchen in the summer! -Jeanmarie,Salisbury,NC Continue Reading

In Kitchen & Food Talk, Hosts & Personalities 1366147819.56

Hi David! Of course, we love the mountains of western North Carolina, but, our favorite vacation was our 25th anniversary trip to Paris! Having cafe au lait at a sidewalk cafe was like a dream come true! The small brasseries have great food-sit inside or out! The salad nicoise was SO fresh and the mousse au chocolat (chocolate mousse) was to DIE for! Wine actually costs less than a coke! Keep up the good work! _jeanmarie,Salisbury,NC Continue Reading
