Diamonique

What is Diamonique?

Diamonique is the world’s finest simulated gemstone. Diamonique stones are cut for maximum sparkle and brilliance. We work with the finest cubic zirconia and simulated gemstones available.

How would you describe the color of a Diamonique stone?

Diamonique stones are comparable to a colorless and internally flawless diamond on the GIA diamond grading scale.  

What is Epiphany?

Epiphany is QVC’s brand for Diamonique product that is platinum clad.  Platinum Clad is a plating process which allows us to give the product the look of platinum at a fraction of the price.  Platinum clad is an exclusive and carefully supervised process in which platinum is applied to silver to enhance the beauty and durability of the jewelry for years to come.  

What is 100-facet?

A traditional round brilliant cut stone has a total of 57 or 58 facets (depending on the culet) while a 100-facet round Diamonique stone sparkles with 100 different facets. The additional facets modify the normal brilliant round to make the most use of the light and increase the sparkle effect. This cut can only be accomplished by hand cutting the cubic zirconia rough. 

How do/can I clean my Diamonique jewelry?

Use a soft cloth or toothbrush, Windex or soap.  Do not soak. 

Can I size my Epiphany rings?

Because of the platinum plating sizing it is not recommended for Epiphany rings to be sized.

Is there a warranty for Diamonique stones?

Yes, there is a warranty offered on Diamonique stones should you lose, break, or chip a Diamonique stone.

If item is Epiphany, are all parts platinum clad including posts, clasps, etc.?

Yes, all parts are platinum plated.

Bronzo Italia

Is this jewelry all bronze or is it plated?
Bronzo Italia items are all bronze. In fact, it is a tarnish-resistant bronze alloy in a rose color. The only plating that is applied is for the tarnish-resistant property. The bronze is rose-colored all the way through.

Is this jewelry line nickel-free and hypoallergenic?
Bronzo Italia Jewelry is nickel-free, so you don’t have to worry about allergic reactions if you're sensitive to these substances.

Is this jewelry tarnish proof?
It is tarnish resistant.  

What other metals are used in the alloy?

It is the manufacturer's proprietary formula.

Can Bronzo Italia rings be sized?
Bronzo rings can be sized, but when you size it and polish these rings, you lose the tarnish resistance. Therefore, there is a risk of tarnishing if rings are sized. Also, you have to make sure the jeweler has rose soldering to match your ring. Rose soldering is difficult to find and not often used by jewelers. If they size and solder with yellow, you will always see yellow color in the cut piece where they soldered.

Can I store my Bronzo Italia pieces in storage boxes with Silver Safekeeper® anti-tarnish linings?
Yes, there should not be any issues with storing Bronzo Italia items in these types of jewelry cases.
