That was until you mentioned the use by the TSA. I don't believe that these kind of people deserve any kind of comfort when their mission is to make the rest of us uncomfortable. Please refrain from mentioning this illegal organization as it really turns your customers off. Hi Mark, I dont need a whole new set of cookware - but would love a skillet or two in your new non-stick. I enjoy your shows and products. Hi Mark, I have to tell you, I really enjoy your presentations and the products you bring. My goal is to eventually re-outfit my kitchen with more of your products. Not to get all gushy, but I really do LOVE my Kuhn Rikon Ultimate Can Opener with Auto-Attach Feature that was my first KR purchase. I can't believe the ease of attachment, but everytime I go to grab the lid with the little bird beak thing, I have to laugh. I just used the "hook" to lift a lid on a can of crushed pineapple the other day. I cold go on, but I'll just say that is one AWESOME tool! I may have to get a couple to gift to my sisters.
Gigi20061336573658.0471 PostsRegistered 5/9/2012 Chef Mark Charles, I have your grippers set and your cookware set in red and enjoy using both. However, I did not receive the sautese pan with my cookware ... which unfortunately I did not discover until later when I compared my set to the one listed on the QVC website. I would love to complete the set but QVC has no solution except for me to send the set I have back. Is there any way you can help me get the sautese pan to match my set? My sautese pan must be floating around there somewhere. Many thanks!! Mark, When will the ultimate stainless steel 4th burner pot be returning? Hope it's not gone forever, I wanted to replace a colored pot with this one. TXgal1339385968.9311 PostsRegistered 2/7/2011 Thank you Mark Charles for everything you do. I have purchased every item that you have presented. I do not believe that you receive the credit due to you. You are so talented. When you co-host with Jayne, Pat, or Mary Beth, you try to dominate the program and can't ever be quiet! You unfortunately sound like a car salesman who is working for a commision! Please try to talk in a slower tone and accept the fact that you are still in the learning stage of being a program host. When you talk to callers, you sound fake and not like a sincere person. Host with your heart like Mary Beth, Pat, Jayne, Jackie, Amy, Jill, Carolyn, Lisa, Leaha, Dan, Rick, Dan, David and Sharon. I know if you try you will settle down as a host and not be so giddy and talk to customers with sincerre kindness. Rachel, good luck and hopefully you can handle constructive cromments and move forward in a positive way! Since Mark hasn't yet replied, I will. I think you're actually referring to the 4th burner pot, which was demonstrated recently on a show with Rick D. The item number is K37643. The problem is that you need a large microwave in order to use it. Is it possible to come up with a new one (possibly round shape instead of rectangular) that can be used in a small microwave? If anyone could manufacture one, I'm sure you could. I would definitely buy it at an affordable price. Thanks!
