From Football and Fine Jewelry to Gowns and Glamour

Thank you to my fans who tuned into my last shows, especially those who stayed with me throughout the Super Bowl and star-studded halftime show.  You made it a wonderful weekend.

So, as we all gear up for another big media event, the Oscars, I have created a special Red Carpet ring, J265032, and pair of earrings, J265033, for QVC to launch in honor of this iconic award show.  As Hollywood’s A-list actresses get dressed up in their most glamorous gowns, I thought it would perfect for me to design a collection which celebrate “very classic, Hollywood style.”  And, right now, it seems more appropriate than ever, because New York Fashion Week runways paid homage to the glamour and sultry style of old Hollywood with feminine looks of classic elegance, hair with smooth waves and clean make-up juxtaposed with deep red lips.

Both the ring, J265032, and the earrings, J265033, boast custom faceted crystal stones, which look and feel like canary diamonds.  The many custom facets give these pieces even greater brilliance, so that their sparkle will surely turn heads.  What I love most about the canary hue is that it gives the perfect pop of color while staying neutral, so that these pieces will coordinate with everything in your wardrobe.  I have also designed them using more modern silhouettes, so that the pieces are as wearable every day as they are on the “red carpet.”  These pieces are what I call bold, beautiful basics, conveying a sense of strength and beauty, much like all of you, the women who wear my jewelry.

I hope you will tune in to see Lisa Robertson debut these 2 very special new pieces during QVC’s Red Carpet show on February 24 from 9pm-Midnight.  And, I also look forward to going back to the Q in late March with a new TSV and over 10-hours of airtime!

Until then, much love,

Judith

Hi Judith~

Wouldn't miss your show! (Even though my local team was in the Super Bowl)

Have been with you since day one on the Q.

There continues to be issues with the quality of stones being used in your Q line and many are getting fed up as we feel like we are being ignored.

I know that a dear Ripka sister was speaking with your team last year about the quality issues, with our input, but in my experience nothing has changed.

During your last visit, when the beauty shot of the Turq Monaco was on the screen you said yourself, that is not how the stone should be with the brown specks. It's been said that you do not read the Ripka forum, but it's necessary that you are aware that many who ordered the Turq Monaco got stones with the brown markings.

How do we get this info to you?

What you believe is being used in your jewelry and what is actually being shipped to the Q customers are two very different stone qualities.

Emails have gone unanswered to Brian regarding issues encountered by some Ripkanistas attempting to reach out to you and inform you.

Please look into this Judith.

I so enjoy your jewelry and know this is not what you want to have going on where your name is on the items.

Hope this helps bring the issues to light so that you know what is happening.

Looking forward to your March shows.

***Please do not forget your customers that need the lobster claw clasp charms for their original charm bracelets***

Thank you!!

Hi Judith...I'm looking forward to your new TSV. I purchased the last one, the rolling bracelet, and love it. It's one of my newest signature pieces. I've only been collecting your jewelry for that 3 years, and I love it. Your designs are so elegant, they make me feel uplifted when I wear them. Please keep bringing more of the smaller pieces, petite, to your shows. Not everyone can wear the big and bold. Thank you so much.

Hi Judith!

I LOVED all of the pieces in your shows on Super Bowl Sunday. With all of these "smart televisions" we now have, I gave my TV strict orders not to leave QVC for one minute that day! Seriously, everything was gorgeous, as usual. I'm excited about your March TSV and shows. When I received my QVC Insider magazine and looked through the program guide and saw we would be having a "Ripka day" I marked it on my calendar. As a Ripka collector, everything else has to grind to a halt when you are on the Q!

The new ring and earrings are gorgeous and they certainly do remind me of the "old" Holywood look, which I love.

Take care!

Hi Judith!

I just finished my charm bracelet {#emotions_dlg.tt1} and am waiting for my necklace to arrive. Some of the AD charms were knockouts, and I was hoping that you could create some similar ones. For example, we need another PEARL dangle. I would love to see this offered with a little citrine, emerald, sapphire or ruby stone sitting underneath it, (similar to earring charms of the past).

Also, the crystal drop has such beautiful sparkle to it. Is there any way of reinventing that? I would love to see that done with a turquoise top! (similar to an enhancer and earring that you did).

My final suggestion for a charm would be a carnelian intaglio in the shape of the "lips" charm that you recently came out with. How about Pegasus? I know how hard it would be to give detail to something so tiny, but after buying the cameo, (one of my favorites), I have total faith in you! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup} LOL, I know that you can make it happen. That one would sell out in a blink!

Last, but not least, we need another extender for the necklace. It is too short to do the "Y" thing, unless you only use one barrel.

Thanks for listening! I love starting my day with my Ripka! It brings me so much happiness!

Robin

Hello Judith!

Thank you for creating and sharing all your beautiful designs! I truly feel special each and every time I wear one of your treasured pieces. I have one huge regret though.....I foolishly hesitated purchasing your spectacular pave hinged bangle (j264206) in average. It is now sold out! If possible, could you please bring it back in future shows??

Thank you!

Hi Judith!

I had some ideas for charms that you may have thought of already, but I thought I should ask anyway. Here they are...

A present charm with ribbon

A chubby bird charm

A flower- maybe a rose charm

A hand mirror charm

A nail polish bottle charm

A champagne glass charm

A convertible car charm

I hope you are able to do some of these? I still can't wait for your pumpkin/jacko`latern charm! Here's a hint: I love Halloween!

Thank You Judith! I can't wait til your next visit!

Hi Judith!

I was wondering...

Can you please make a Ripkerized version of Angelina Jolie's green dangle earrings from a year or two ago? QVC has a version J-266754, but I know you could make them better!

It could fit in with the Green Goddess Collection?
