A: RFID readers have the ability to scan some credit cards and other personal items and take the information. When this happens all of your personal information could be compromised.

Q: How does RFID blocking help protect your information? A: RFID material blocks the transfer of data between your personal credit card and the RFID readers.

Q: How many cards will each style of wallet hold?

A: The women’s wallet will hold seven cards and the men’s wallet will hold six cards.

Q: Is it okay to use the wallet for a cell phone?

A: Yes, it is okay to use the wallet for a cell phone.

Q: Will a checkbook fit in the women’s wallet?

A: Yes, a checkbook will fit into the Women’s wallet.

Q: If you put your driver’s license in the clear slot in the women’s wallet, will it be shielded?

A: Yes, your driver’s license will be shielded. However, to ensure full protection, the wallet needs to be closed.

Q: Will a passport fit in the wallet?

A: Yes, a passport will fit inside of the wallet.

Q: Will either wallet style fit in a back pocket?

A: The men’s wallet style will fit in a back pocket. The women’s wallet style will not fit in a back pocket.

Q: Can this be used with iPhone 5(R) or other Apple(R) device that has the new lightning connector?

A: Yes, the iPhone 5 and other Apple devices that use the new lightning connector will work with the men’s and women’s wallet chargers.

Q: How do I know if this HALO will charge my device?

A: The HALO will charge your device if it is compatible with the included 30-pin cord, micro USB cord, or lightning tip cord. Additionally, you can use it to charge your device if you have a USB charging cable for it.

Q: How do you charge this unit?

A: Using the built-in standard USB IN cable, plug the USB tip into the standard USB port on your computer. You could also use an AC adapter (not included) that accepts standard USB. Your HALO charger will automatically begin charging once plugged in.

Q: Will it work in Europe?

A: Yes, the men’s and women’s power banks will work in Europe.

Q: How long does it take to charge this device?

A: The HALO charger will recharge in approximately 4-5 hours.

Q: How long does the device hold a charge?

A: If you are storing the HALO charger for emergencies and do not use it, it will hold a charge for approximately six months.

Q: How many times can it charge my device before I have to recharge the HALO itself?

A: This varies based on the type of device you are charging with your HALO charger.

Q: How many times can you recharge the HALO?

A: Over 1,000 times.

Q: Can it charge a GPS?

A: The HALO charger will charge GPS units, as long as the GPS unit is compatible with the included micro USB tip or has a standard USB input.

Q: Will it charge older, non-smart, phones?

A: Yes, it will, as long as the user's phone has a charging connection that is compatible with the provided tips or they have a connector cable with a standard USB connection.

Q: Will this charge an Android(TM) phone, such as a Droid Maxx?

A: Yes.

Q: Will it charge a Nintendo 3DS?

A: If your device uses a USB connector cable, the HALO charger will charge a Nintendo 3DS. The provided cable will charge certain handheld gaming devices but does not cover all versions on the market. If it does not work with your gaming device, you can use the USB connector cable that came with your game to charge.

Q: Does it charge a laptop computer?

A: No, the men’s and women’s power banks will not charge a laptop computer.

Q: Will this charge tablets, including different versions of the iPad(R)?

A: You will be able to charge tablets, including different versions of the iPad; however, you will only see a minimal increase (approximately 10%) in battery life.

Q: Will the indicator light let me know when my device is fully charged?

A: Yes.

A: The lights on the HALO represent how much battery life the HALO has remaining.

Q: Are you able to make phone calls while your phone is charging on the HALO?

A: Yes, you can make phone calls while you’re charging your device with the HALO.

Q: Does this meet TSA guidelines for air travel?

A: Yes, the HALO charger does meet with TSA guidelines for air travel.

Q: Is the battery user replaceable?

A: No, the battery is not user replaceable.

A: The HALO charger in the women's wallet has a 1A port and a 2A port for charging.

Q: Can the HALO be used in extreme heat or cold?

A: It is not recommended to use the HALO in extreme heat or cold.

Q: When recharging the HALO, will it stop charging when fully charged?
