Q: Can this charger be used with the iPhone® 5 or other newer Apple® devices with the lightning™ connector? A: Yes, the HALO 6000 can be used with the iPhone 5 and other Apple devices that have lightning connectors, such as the iPad Air™ and iPad mini™.


Q: How do I know if this HALO will charge my device? A: The HALO 6000 will charge your device if it is compatible with the included 30-pin tip, Micro USB tip, or Lightning tip. Additionally, you can use it to charge your device if you have a USB charging cable for it.


Q: Can I use this to charge my device if it doesn't use one of the included tips? A: Yes, as long as the device comes with a USB charging cable.


Q: How many devices can the HALO charge at a time? A: The HALO 6000 can charge up to two items at a time as long as the devices use the included adapters.


Q: What is the amp output of the USB port of the Halo? A: The HALO 6000 has an output of 2A from the USB port.


Q: Can the HALO be used in extreme heat or cold? A: It is not recommended to use the HALO 6000 in extreme heat or cold.


Q: When recharging the HALO, will it stop charging when fully charged? A: Yes, the HALO 6000 has overcharge protection.
