At night, incorporate RetAsphere 2-in-1 Retinol Night Cream three nights a week as your PM moisturizer. I like to alternate between Age Arrest and RetAsphere. For example, I use RetAsphere Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights and Age Arrest on the other nights. Over time, start using RetAsphere more frequently, building up until you are using it every night.
