I have been a buyer in the beauty business for more than 20 years. In that time, as you can imagine, I have seen a lot—and it's hard to surprise me! But, it does happen from time to time. This year, I made a personal discovery that had been under my nose for years: epilation—hair removal that works by mass-plucking hair.

I had always dismissed this as a way to remove unwanted hair. Over the years, I have waxed, shaved, and plucked. It's a non-stop chore.
