Steve & Liam arm wrestling

Hi Everyone, Steve and I are really excited about being able to chat with you throughout the day today. Please send through any questions you have about the Beautiful Sara TSV, or any of the other wonderful Orthaheel styles that we have in the range.

You'll be able to chat with me at 12am and 2pm and with Steve at 8pm (eastern time). Also, don't forget to join me on Facebook at Liam Bourke – Vionic w/ Orthaheel for QVC.  Looking forward to catching up with you.

In the past, you have told us to round down for our size. With the 1/2 sizes on the TSV, do we stick with our "true" size?

Regarding the TSV Sara - I see it comes only in medium width. For someone that wears a wide width, would this shoe be appropriate or should I wait and hope it will come in Wide in the future???

Hi. I'm a BIG Orthoheel fan. I have several pairs. The sandals fit just fine, but for winter I'd like enclosed shoes. I have the Melissa Mule, and the Jane. But, most of the enclosed shoes are too narrow for me. We need more wide width's, PLEASE, Thanks for listening.

I wear a 7 in Orthaheel sandals....and they fit perfect. How does the TSV MaryJane size 7 compare? Fit longer or shorter than a 7 in sandals????

She's so cute! I have wide feet with high instep. When will you be bringing more wides? I have two colors of your last TSV and love them! Thanks Liam! :)

Hi! I am Karen and usually wear your size 5 flip flop. Normal size usually 51/2. Online the TSV is not showing a 51/2. Do I go up or down a size?

Great question. There is no need to size down on these. If you sit on the half size, stick to your true size.

Love Orthaheel. Started out with a mule slipper. Order the Jane mule and now the Sara. So glad to have an enclosed shoe. I have terrible back problems and a disintegrated right knee. I tried the slipper first. When I went out I wore my Rykas. Terrible pain. Friday I wore the Jane slip.on and what a difference. That is why I want to try the Sara. Thank you for this product. I am also a fan of De Weil. Thanks again Norma Shepherd WV.

I like your shoes but they are not in my size. I am a size 13.

I have bought so many of your shoes in the last three summers that I have given up all the other shoes (almost) in my closet. And so what do I now need? A sorta kinda dress shoe that I can wear in the winter with a dress. I do have a wide foot, but have been able to wear everything I have bought with no problem. (The only problem I have had with your shoes was with the Tide and you responded to my question about that one night on PMStyle; I ordered the smaller shoe you suggested and it fit quite well. No further problems.)

And so.... do you have a dress shoe suggestion for me?

Love Orthaheels...I do appreciate when you let us know when the shoe style works best for medium to wide sizes like the TSV. Unfortunately when that wasn't explained, I had to send shoes back. I am a narrow size and in some styles, I can sometimes wear medium widths. Adjustability really helps. Thanks for bringing this brand to QVC.

Why don't you provide wide widths?

It's best suited to a medium to a slightly wider foot type. If you have a very wide foot then it may be best to wait for a wider style to come through. There is a style called the Mae that might be better suited for you. There is also a wide fitting in the Jane mule.

Please answer me quick!!! I want a pair of the Sara Mary Janes. I wear a 7 in the Orthaheel Sandals but ordered the Orthaheel Maddie in Size 7 and it was extremely tight. What size would you suggest in the Sara, in order to wear socks with them. Should I go with a 7 1/2 or an 8. Yes, I realize I can exchange. Thank you.

I wear Sz 7 in Orthoheel sandals. My normal size for shoes is 7 1/2 W which I just purchased in Allegria brand but purchased a Euro 39 or 8 M in a Born shoe. Should I get the 7 1/2 or 8 in Sara? Most Mary Jane's are cut low and hit over my bunion area-will these be at the same spot. I find the lower cut ones painful to wear. Thank you for Orthoheel as has kept my Plantar Fasciitis at bay. Glad to see a closed shoe for fall/winter.

Love Orthaheel and live in the slippers. Bought these for my daughters for Xmas last year. Youngest daughter called me last week, she had a "Mom" moment and left the house with her slippers on and had to go back and change, lol. I have a bunion and have avoided surgery so far by wearing my Orthaheels. Thank you!

I WANT TO KNOW IF THE SOFT INSOLES WILL HOLD UP AS GOOD AS THE HARD SOLES. I LOVE THE HARD SOLES, BUT I DO NOT LIKE MULES . I LIKE THE HARD SOLE SANDALS, BUT NOT FOR WINTER.

It is hard to tell what the real color of the wine in the tsv. Is it more toward the red or purple or is it like burgundy?

For the TSV can we order wide withs? Why are most of your shoes only come in medium widths? If I wear 9W, would your 9M fit? Also, are your shoes good for diabetics?

I'm so jealous! I'm a male Orthoheel fan - I own a pair of (male) thongs and love them, but almost all your products are for women! I know women tend to spend more on this type of product, but when are you going to market more products for us men? I'd be happy to start with just inserts! (I also have WIDE feet, so I really need your products in wide!). Thanks for your technology. Kind regards. Les (an English guy living in upstate New York).

Hi Liam,

I loved the mocassins that were introduced last year. I ordered every color but had to return them as they were too narrow. Any hope of them coming back in a wider version?

Hi Liam,

I have a pair of Orthaheel lace-up walking shoes in size 8 for work - they did not come in 1/2 sizes. I wear 8 half the time and 8-1/2 the other half of the time. Would I order 8 or 8-1/2 in the Sara? Also, I have a narrow foot - do these shoes run medium to narrow or medium to wide? Thanks!

We're increasing the range of styles that have both medium and wide fittings. We'll keep you posted. If you haven't already, you could try the Jane Mule in the wide fitting.
