Hi Everyone,

I'm really excited to be able to talk with you about all things Orthaheel during the great 2 hour show we have at 8pm this Saturday, August 10th. We have some great styles to show you, so please write in with any of your comments or questions.

Also, don't forget to join me on Facebook at Liam Bourke – Vionic w/ Orthaheel for QVC. You'll be able to get a glimpse of upcoming styles and a look "behind the scenes" at Orthaheel. Looking forward to chatting with you.

-Liam

Liam- When is Orthaheel going to come out with shoes in narrow width?I would be very interested in purchasing some but so far, even the ones with adjustable straps are simply too wide. I must add that my foot is not very narrow but I find Orthaheel to be very wide! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin} Clawdieboy

Yes, narrow widths, please! I have a narrow heel which, so far prevents me from wearing many existing styles.

I have a couple pairs of Orthaheel shoes and I find them to be comfortable right out of the box. I do find that the arch support is different in each pair. I find that your product has different degrees of support and it would be helpful to those of us who are purchasing this line to know if the particular shoe has more support or less. Many of your Orthaheel customers do not need the high support but do need support of a lesser kind. Please, can you offer this information to your viewing audience so that we can make an informed decision as to whether the particular shoe being shown would work for us. Otherwise, returning shoes because of an arch that is too high or not high enough would certainly save us on shipping and we would be a much happier consumer of your brand. Please consider this...thank you.

Have a question concerning fit. I have foot size discrepancy.. one foot is size 6 and the other is 5 1/2. For best fit for TSV, which size would be best to order? Size 5 or 6? I love todays clog and want to get 2 pairs!!

Thanks

Thank you for telling us when a style is not suited for a wide foot and saving us the trouble of returning. I do have problems with fit due to an incision scar on the top of my foot so most I have had to return because the vamp hits that area and hurts. I do have one pair that has worked and I like them. I am on the fence about the TSV today as the previous Mules that were a TSV was one style that didn't work even though I tried 2 sizes. I do love the look of today's TSV. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

After having sustained a severe sprain of the knee and ankle back in February, I thought I would never again get to wear shoes other than athletic shoes. I've worn the thong orthoheel sandal in the last month. Wow! Now I am eager to get the inserts, and I not found any of them in the MEDIUM size at any time I have looked. Please bring them back. I would like to be able to wear at least some of my other shoes!!!

Liam and Steve -- I would like to leave a comment for you after watching the 2 pm show with Carolyn this afternoon. Someone calling in mentioned they did not any "Mother Earth" shoes and Carolyn commented that the fashion people there at QVC were now involved with Orthaheel styles so they could present fashion with form. I just wanted to say please don't forget as you design these new shoes that we love Orthaheel because of the comfort. I can find a million and two pairs of shoes out there in the stores that are fashion -- spike heels, stilettos, animal print shoes, sandals of all styles, painful looking and feeling boots and a lot of other shoes that are just too ugly or painful or expensive to try. Which is why I tried Orthaheel sandals this summer and loved them. Even better than my rubber beach Birkis. They provide the posture I need, help my knees and my ankles, give me a good arch again and make my toes happy. I love the idea of more fashion but never, never at the expense of the comfort Orthaheel provides. Those who want fashion only, the world is full of those shoes the stores tell us we have to buy. But my feet and toes tell me, I need to stick with Orthaheels. Fashion on but be sure we still can get what we love most about Orthaheels. Coming back soon for some slippers. Got the TSV in red today! Can't wait for them!!!

I have narrow feet. Please discuss people w/ narrow feet tonight. I have purchased the pewter and wonder whether I should cancel my order or not. I really want them. Why doesn't Orthoheel make narrows? Thanks Kathy

I don't necessarily need a narrow, but rather a shoe that is FULLY adjustable. The Orthaheels I've tried have been too wide across the board including your adjustable shoes. Looking forward to seeing this change in your inventory. Cheers!

Hi Everyone. Thanks for all the great questions so far.. There are some styles that we have in the range that we are showing tonight that may suit a narrower foot type. Keep your eye out for the Weil flats. We don't have any specific styles in the range just yet, but we will work on this going forward.

Nice to see Orthaheal in wide, but I'm a narrow. Any plans to extend to narrow width. If not, recommendation for closed shoes that will work for the narrow foot. I have your inserts and use them on other shoes, but your shoes are cute and I'd like to buy the shoe itself.

I'd recommend going for the size 6. You will be able to adjust the strap on your smaller foot to customize the fit.

All day you have spoke of the new wide widths in the TSV but never once mention if the actual shoe itself runs narrow or regular or on wider side without ordering wide. Please address before the time to purchase runs out.

Would love to try the orthoheel but not crazy that they are so flat. I am not talking about a spiked heel, just maybe 1- 1 1/2 inch wedge type to have since that would look somewhat nicer for work. Last edited on 8/10/2013

Love the new ballet flats on your website! Will you be selling the Olivia shoe on QVC?

Hi, Liam and Steve,

I must have 25-30 pairs of Orthaheels...and they have made all the difference in the world to my arthritic knees and plantar fasciitis. So thank you!

I am requesting more leather uppers. I grabbed a pair of the leather loafers this afternoon and am hoping they will fit my narrow heel (on an otherwise medium foot). More closed heels and toes and, perhaps, a strap and made in leather would be a real gift for colder weather as well as the workplace. Leather breathes better, of course, and that makes wearing your shoes that much more comfortable.

Thanks for the great work of the Orthaheel team! Gretchen

Thanks for the feedback. I can assure you that any styles that we make will always the Orthaheel orthotic footbed. We are committed to always making sure our styles always have comfort, support and good looks.

Hi Liam,

Always enjoy seeing you on the air. Quite a dashing man, you are. Smile

But to my question: will Orthoheal help someone who supinates versus pronates? Or is that person's only solution is custom orthotics?

Please tell us how to care for the "suede" lined shoes such as the Bella. I know you say to wipe out the Tide with a damp cloth, but what about the care of the Bella?

Thanks, I have a blue gillion pairs of Orthaheel shoes and slippers. You really saved me when you showed up on QVC a few years ago.

Keep your eye out for the Wedges that we have coming out soon. They are called Amelia and Chloe.

good evening Liam! I have a very high instep and have tried a pair if the Wave sandals and while the footbed was AMAZING the strap was painful as it cut into my foot. I live in Florida and am looking for something cute, versatile and will make my feet feel great. Can you recommend other styles that may have a higher instep?

Hi Gretchen, We are looking at expanding our leather offering in coming seasons. There are some more coming through this season, and also a number of leather styles planned for next summer {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
