Q: Is this compatible with all cell phones?
A: The MEGA8400 Powerbank is compatible with cell phones that utilize one of the three supplied tips: micro USB, mini USB, or 30-pin tip. If your phone uses a different plug, use the cord provided with your phone and plug the male USB end into the appropriate output.


Q: Can I charge an iPhone® 5 with the MEGA8400 Powerbank?
A: In order to charge the iPhone 5, one must use the Lightning USB cord that is included with the iPhone 5 at the time of purchase. Plug the Lightning tip end into the iPhone 5 and the male USB into the MEGA8400 Powerbank and press the power-on button.


Q: Can it charge a GPS?
A: Yes, provided your device can receive either 5V/1A or 5V/2.1A charge power from a mini USB, micro USB, or the proprietary cord sold with the device that has a male USB. If the cable you normally use for charging does not match the conditions above, the device will not connect to the MEGA8400 Powerbank and will not charge.


Q: Can it charge tablets, including the newest versions of iPad®?
A: Yes. In order to charge the 4th-generation iPad and iPad mini®, one must use the Lightning USB cord that is included with the iPad or iPad mini at the time of purchase. Plug the Lightning tip end into the 4th-generation iPad or iPad mini and the male USB into the MEGA8400 Powerbank output 2. Note: For various devices, the percent of charge the device will receive depends on the starting condition of the device battery. The larger battery in a 4th-generation iPad will not be brought to 100% if the iPad battery is at a low percentage charge level.


Q: Will it recharge a rechargeable digital camera or camcorder?
A: Yes, provided your device can receive either 5V/1A or 5V/2.1A power from a mini USB, micro USB, or the proprietary cord sold with the device that has a male USB. If the cable you normally use for charging does not match the conditions above, the device will not connect to the MEGA8400 Powerbank and will not charge.


Q: How do I charge the MEGA8400 Powerbank?
A: The MEGA8400 Powerbank can be recharged using the included charging splitter cable (Y-cable). Simply plug the micro USB end into the MEGA8400 Powerbank and the USB into a computer with a high-power USB or USB A/C adapter (A/C adapter and computer sold separately).


Q: Am I able to make phone calls while my phone is charging on the MEGA8400 Powerbank?
A: Yes, but if your phone battery is very low, the phone may need some recharge time to reach a minimal level to operate.
