Q: Will this charge tablets, including different versions of the iPad?
A: The HALO Pocket Power 2800 is not recommended for charging tablets.

Q: Will this charge an iPhone 5?
A: Yes, it will. The user needs to use the white Apple cord that was provided with the iPhone 5 and plug 1 end into the iPhone and the other end into the HALO Pocket Power 2800.


Q: Will the indicator light let me know when my device is fully charged?
A: When the indicator light is green it means your device is fully charged.


Q: Will this charge an Android phone, such as a Droid Maxx?
A: Yes, it will work with the provided micro-USB connector tip. The Droid Maxx is equipped with a very large (3,300 mAh) battery so the HALO Pocket Power will provide approximately a 50% charge for a dead Droid Maxx.


Q: Does it charge a laptop computer?
A: The HALO Pocket Power 2800 is not designed for a laptop.


Q: Are you able to make phone calls while your phone is charging on the HALO Pocket Power 2800?
A: Yes, you can.


Q: Is this unit compatible with all cell phones?
A: The HALO Pocket Power 2800 is compatible with all cell phones that utilize one of the three supplied tips: micro USB, mini USB, or 30 pin. It is also compatible with all phones equipped with a USB male connection cable.


Q: How do you charge this unit?
A: Charge the HALO Pocket Power charger using the supplied Charge It Charge Me cable, which has a USB connector on either end. Plug one USB connector into the Halo charger and plug the other USB connector to a computer or an AC power source with a USB 5V input.


Q: How long does it take to charge the HALO Pocket Power 2800?
A: It takes about 5 to 6 hours depending on the charging power source.


Q: How long does the device hold a charge?
A: Testing shows it will hold a large percentage of its charge for at least ten months.
