Q: What is the recommended age range for the FunTab Pro tablet?
A: The recommended age range for the FunTab Pro is 5 to 10-plus.


Q: Can additional apps be downloaded onto the tablet?
A: Yes. Tap the "Apps Mall" icon on Apps screen to browse & download more Kids apps while in Parent Mode.


Q: Does this tablet for children play music or have an app to download music?
A: Yes, the Funtab Pro plays music. In fact, it is loaded with a few songs already.


Q: Does this have a touchscreen?
A: Yes, this tablet has a capacitive, multi-touch screen.


Q: Can I have control over what my child has access to on the tablet?
A: Yes. You have FULL CONTROL of the content your child sees, hears, and plays. Check the user's manual for more details.


Q: I have 2 children but want them to share one FunTab Pro. Can I personalize the tablet so both children can play on it?
A: Yes! You can create different user profiles (one for each child) on the FunTab Pro. You can even customize the Parental Controls for each child!


Q: Do you have to connect to the Internet to use this tablet?
A: For initial setup, yes. There are many games and videos on the tablet that do not require internet connection, but it is required to surf the internet & download new apps.


Q: Can you watch YouTube movies?
A: When connected to the Internet, yes, you can watch YouTube movies & videos from the YOUTUBE website.


Q: Can you download Flash-based games and video?
A: You can stream and play flash-based games, however, you cannot download them unless they are available in Apps Mall for you to download and install.


Q: Can you access and use email accounts?
A: Yes you can! You can add email accounts to "Kid Mode", but as the default, we have left it up to you to decide if it is safe for your child.
