One afternoon in Vicenza, when I should've been sleeping but couldn't, I decided to do a little "market research," (a.k.a. window shopping). Today the following enhancement was added:
STARTED BY DATE/TIME for the discussion listing pages
This enhancement will allow you to see what date and time a forum discussion began, as well as list the name of the Community member who started the thread.
We made this enhancement in response to many comments you provided to us about your Community experience.

Many customers have contacted QVC to report problems with the Wish List tool. To improve the performance of the tool we needed to temporarily reduce the amount of Wish List items a customer can view.
At peak times, we may need to temporarily limit the number of items a customer can view to 200 items or less. Normally customers can save up to 500 items into a Wish List.
Don’t worry! If you are one of the few customers that had over 200 items in Your Wish List, after this peak time you will be able to view those same items again. The items that have been made temporarily inactive in your... Continue Reading

The ability to see which Community Members are online has been added. To view who is logged on to the QVC Community right now, click on the number of members logged in to see the list (this link is located in the top right above your Community member name).

Last week, many of you reported that you could not READ ALL MY REVIEWS.
The fix has been implemented today (July 20). If you are still experiencing a problem, the solution to the problem will correct all users by Wednesday morning (July 21).
It was very helpful that this issue had been reported by several Community members within the SUGGESTION BOX forum.
