Mary Beth's Menu - EZ Fudge

EZ Fudge



  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

  • 12 0z. chocolate chips

  • 10 - 12 0z. butterscotch chips

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts

  • 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla


On low heat, melt the chips with the sweetened condensed milk, stirring frequently. Stir in vanilla, salt and nuts. Add the marshmallows stirring until melted. Pour into greased pan(s) (two 8"x8" or one 9"x13")


Allow to cool completely before slicing.
