Bacon Cheeseball

Looking for a quick and easy appetizer?  I got rave reviews on this during our Fashionably Early party last week, so it’s back by popular demand for our Fashionably Early Christmas Party tomorrow morning!

 

This is a bacon lover’s dream.  Great as a holiday appetizer or to serve for the big game.  It is also an easy make ahead appetizer.  Serve with cracker or tortilla chips. 

 

 

Bacon Cheeseball

 

2 pkgs. cream cheese.  Softened to room temperature

 

1 page Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix

 

1 cup shredded mild cheddar/ Monterey jack cheese

 

8 strips crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

 

Mix cream cheese, cheddar/ jack cheese & dip mix.  Form into a ball.  Roll into crumbled bacon
