I have to give James credit for this recipe. I love crab & lobster but I am not a big fan of fish. I am always willing to try new things, especially if someone else is cooking it. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. It is quick, with simple seasoning. It has awakened my taste buds to try to eat more salmon. How do you prepare your salmon?
Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
Directions:
Drizzle salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with chives, salt & pepper. Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes. I prefer my salmon cooked well done. Adjust the cooking time to your desired temperature. Served with Arugula & Beet salad.
